1. What is your favorite pasta dish?
Gotta be ravioli. Not the typical kind with red sauce, although I do love that. Good thin ravioli filled with mushrooms, in a brown butter sage sauce. This is a difficult choice though because I do love all pasta.
2. What is the last thing you do before going to bed?
This one is easy! I kiss my husband. No matter what time we go to bed, or I go to bed I always kiss him. He is usually sleeping though :( Not always but I do have terrible insomnia so...he usually kisses me goes to bed then I follow later. Maybe he knows, maybe he doesn't but I know.
3. How many nights a week do you go out to eat?
See..... this answer varies. Depends on alot. I do cook most nights. When my children were home I cooked almost every night, but it's just us now so if I feel like cooking I do, if not we might grab a bite out.
4. Are you an avid book reader?
In the winter more than any other time of the year. I have less going on then and I do enjoy reading a good Christmas book each year.
5. Would you rather have x-ray vision or bionic hearing?
I would rather have x-ray vision for sure. Seeing is believing. Just to wonder if I could see colors in a new way is an exciting thought. My hearing is still fine but my eyesight, not so much and that is much needed when you love to draw or paint, so I'd choose the site for sure.

ReplyDeleteSuch an interesting post! I would have a hard time deciding between bionic hearing an xray vision but I am totally with you on ravioli in butter/sage sauce ... although perhaps tortellini is even better like that. Yum!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for your kind words on my blog today about my dear cat. I keep reminding myself of exactly what you said - I am sad he is gone but so glad we were able to give him a happy home because he really was a delightfully happy cat. He will be missed, but I have the comfort of knowing he was well-loved and he had a life well-lived.
